At loveholidays, we’re on social networks, giving our customers unlimited choice, unmatched ease, and unmissable value for their next holiday. We’re now the 3rd largest ATOL holder in the UK and have just launched in Germany — and we’re continually looking to expand.

About the team

At loveholidays, we are scaling our platform and have split into four departments to help us grow. These departments are mainly made up of cross-functional product teams operating in an agile environment.

The Managing department is responsible for our post-booking experience — ensuring customers can manage their bookings and have a seamless experience when traveling and returning. This department manages our contact-center tooling, our Sandy chatbot, and the post-booking digital experience. The focus is on delivering excellent service through smart automation, catering to customer needs when they need to change a booking, contact us, or get transfer information. We leverage advanced AI technology to automate customer requests and aim to upgrade this experience continually to give customers peace of mind after booking.

Our other departments are:

  • Selling — responsible for building the best holiday search experience, including our search platform, payment services, revenue management, and content.
  • Supplying — responsible for hotel, flight, and ancillary supplier integrations, data ingestion, and reservation APIs, focusing on broad choice, cost, availability accuracy, and fulfilling holiday packages.
  • Scaling — responsible for systems and infrastructure that solve common technological challenges, including our infrastructure and content management systems.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Director of Product, the Head of Product will:

  • Set and manage the Managing platform strategy alongside the Head of Engineering, with support from our Director of CX and Director of Platform IT.
  • Align with the Director of Product, CPO, and other Heads of Product on overall product strategy and how Manage fits into it.
  • Drive product development and delivery through effective prioritization, setting team pace, and removing obstacles.
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as automated amendments, cost per booking, CSAT, and chatbot automation, evolving them as the business changes.
  • Manage, grow, and mentor a team of PMs across the Managing department.
  • Collaborate with CX and Supply teams to ensure excellent online and offline service delivery.
  • Communicate progress with internal stakeholders — the CTO, CPO, and CDO — and participate in product leadership to guide other areas.
  • Manage the Managing product budget and evolve team structures in coordination with the Head of Engineering.

What we look for in you:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in product management, with leadership roles in product or technology.
  • Proven success in launching customer-facing products, with knowledge of key metrics and handling failures — experience with chatbots or call centers is a plus.
  • Understanding of commercial aspects and working with external suppliers to foster good relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders with the Managing product journey.
  • Experience with analytics tools like BigQuery to derive insights and monitor metrics.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, autonomous teams, with a strong grasp of product discovery and customer research.
  • A passion for building scalable internal products that deliver exceptional value.

Perks of joining us:

  • Company pension contributions at 5%
  • Personalized training budget for professional growth
  • Discounted holidays for you, family, and friends
  • 25 days of holiday per year, increasing with service up to 30 days
  • Options to buy or sell annual leave
  • Cycle-to-work scheme, season ticket loans, and eye care vouchers

At loveholidays, we foster an inclusive culture that encourages personal growth and collective success. We value diverse perspectives and ideas, which enhance our teams and our journey together.
