They are looking for an experienced Product Leader to join the business on a 12 month parental leave cover to drive the strategy and execution across their market leading CCaaS platform. This is a mission-critical product within the portfolio aimed at providing customer with exceptional, AI driven and cost-efficient customer service.

You’ll own the global strategy and roadmap for the group, driving development milestones and coach, manage and mentor a talented team of Product Managers.

The role offers a unique opportunity to to transform customer insights into product innovation whilst influencing at a global scale.

Some key requirements include:

  • Proven experience managing and scaling multiple product teams, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong commercial acumen, particularly around GTM and pricing.
  • Background in retail operations and or contact centres (CCaaS).
  • Experience working with AI to automate manual processes.

The role embraces flexible, hybrid working with a pragmatic approach to time in the office from either London or Bristol.
