Head of Product – (FTC) 12 months
Salt have partnered with a leading platform provider servicing one of the largest regulated industries aimed at promoting sustainability, affordability and accessibility to the hundreds of millions of people accessing these services globally on a daily basis.
They are looking for an experienced Product Leader to join the business on a 12 month parental leave cover to drive the strategy and execution across their market leading CCaaS platform. This is a mission-critical product within the portfolio aimed at providing customer with exceptional, AI driven and cost-efficient customer service.
You’ll own the global strategy and roadmap for the group, driving development milestones and coach, manage and mentor a talented team of Product Managers.
The role offers a unique opportunity to to transform customer insights into product innovation whilst influencing at a global scale.
