Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in Holborn)

With a focus on Solutions-as-a-Service, they utilize sophisticated modeling and customer insights to drive growth across sectors like retail and veterinary. Transitioning from a marketing agency, they now focus on product development and require a seasoned product leader to foster a product-centric culture.

The Opportunity

You will join at a pivotal growth stage, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (a co-founder). This is a high-impact, standalone role with clear leadership pathways, including team growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining the product vision and roadmap from scratch
• Building products that transform raw data into business outcomes
• Embedding product thinking across the organization
• Bridging technical teams, commercial leaders, and customers

About You

We seek a self-starting product leader who excels in autonomy and ambiguity. You should have:

• Experience managing complex, data-driven products end-to-end
• Background in product-led organizations (not consulting or agencies)
• A hands-on approach with a track record of building from zero
• Comfort collaborating with technical teams and understanding customer insights
• A passion for developing scalable, intelligent platforms
