A fast-growing AI-powered SaaS company is looking for a Head of Product Management to lead the development and scaling of its data-driven customer growth platform.

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in Holborn)
Salary: Up to £120,000

This innovative scale-up aims to help brands unlock the value of their first-party data. They combine sophisticated modelling and deep customer insights to drive growth across sectors such as retail and veterinary.

Having evolved from a marketing agency into a product-focused business, they now seek an experienced product leader to foster a true product culture.

The Opportunity

You will join at a critical growth stage, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. This is a high-impact, standalone role with a clear pathway to leadership, including team growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Owning and defining the product vision and roadmap from scratch
• Building products that convert raw data into tangible business outcomes
• Embedding product thinking across the organization
• Bridging technical teams, commercial leaders, and customers
• Shaping the future of an ambitious AI solutions company

About You

We seek a self-starting product leader who excels in autonomy and ambiguity. You should have:

• Experience managing complex, data-driven products end-to-end
• Background in product-led organizations (not consulting or agency)
• A hands-on approach with proven ability to build from zero
• Comfort working with technical teams and customer insights
• A passion for building scalable, intelligent platforms
