Within the WARC platform,
working closely with the Chief Digital Officer, LIONS Insight, this person will contribute to product strategy and help shape and deliver the future of WARC’s digital product portfolio and services. The successful candidate will be innovative, customer-focused, and possess a growth mindset. They will balance product intuition, creative problem solving, and data-driven decision-making.
They will collaborate with various stakeholders to evaluate product opportunities and determine what gets built and delivered to customers. They will also manage the UI/UX team of designers to ensure seamless integration between user experience design and product initiatives.
They will guide and collaborate with the engineering team on product development, based on insights from the market, customers, and internal teams. They will advocate for the WARC product suite and work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to successfully bring products to market. They should be experienced in product management best practices and help embed these within WARC.
Help shape and communicate WARC’s product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Chief Digital Officer, LIONS Insight.
Translate vision and strategy into a product roadmap, informed by customer research and testing.
Convert the roadmap into formalized requirements, document them, and track progress. Assist engineering and data teams in delivering these requirements on schedule.
Work with engineering, data science, delivery, and design teams to ensure alignment on product requirements and customer needs. Help define workflows, product architecture, and UI/UX.
Lead and mentor the WARC Design team to ensure high-quality end products.
Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies for each product or product line.
Set and track targets for user engagement and satisfaction across WARC’s product suite.

Experience in product management or delivery within information services or SaaS, preferably in B2B.
Agile/Scrum Master or project management qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
Proven success in developing high-quality user experience products.
Experience in customer research and translating needs into product ideas.
Experience in planning development roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
Strong influencing skills; ability to interact with stakeholders and lead teams with a customer-led approach.
Ability to uncover customer needs, translate them into product features, and align delivery with engineering teams, business, and customer needs.
Ability to translate technical terminology for business stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects with structure, rigor, and prioritization.
