Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Your team

Your team executes the strategy and development of our e-commerce platforms, focusing on optimising the customer journey, increasing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.

Your role in the Team's Success

What you'll do

  • Curious about our product and the technology, caring about our clients and their user experience and unafraid of the complexity that comes with regulatory risk.
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our e-commerce platforms
  • Lead a team of product managers dedicated to e-commerce solutions
  • Drive innovation in customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention journeys
  • Optimise conversion rates and revenue streams across digital platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to create seamless customer experiences
  • Analyse customer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions
  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimisation strategies
  • Oversee the integration of payment systems and other third-party services

What you'll need for this role

Key Qualification Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years in e-commerce
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and optimisation
  • Experience leading product teams in financial services or similar regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, conversion optimisation, and customer journey mapping
  • Knowledge of payment systems, fraud prevention, and e-commerce best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
