The Role

Leonardo.Ai is redefining what's possible in AI-powered creativity. As our Head of Product, you'll be at the heart of that mission.

This role will require relocation to Australia to join the rest of our leadership team and be colocated with your team.

Sitting on our Senior Leadership Team, you'll work in close partnership with our Chief Product Officer to shape our AI features through driving our product roadmap and leading the product function across B2C and B2B.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and our C-Suite - scoping, experimenting, validating and building market leading design features for our users.

We're in one of the fastest-evolving industries in the world, so we need a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, makes smart calls quickly, and builds teams that can do the same.

What you'll do:

• Embed our customer-led growth strategy by incorporating deep customer insights and engagement into product planning and prioritisation across your team.
• Collaborate with our C-Suite on our product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, innovation opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead, mentor and grow a talented team across Product and Technical Project Management who work in a Tribe structure, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, productivity and excellence.
• Continuously analyse user feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.
• Build highly collaborative relationships with other leaders, primarily with the Engineering, Design and Marketing teams, aligning stakeholders around clear priorities and outcomes.
