Job summary

QuantSpark is seeking a commercially minded, technology-led Head of Product to shape and scale data and AI-enabled products. You will own QuantSpark Labs and lead the Product capability, including client relationships, the proposition, and the path to growth.

You will join the Senior Leadership Team to set direction for the business. The role focuses on owning the Labs proposition, driving differentiation, pricing, and partnerships, while building a high-performing, client-facing product

Qualifications

• Led a product within a consultancy, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Experience pricing work, writing proposals, negotiating trade-offs with clients.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and multicategory engagements.
• Fluent in AI concepts and capable of talking through tools, workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Labs proposition, delivery standards and investment priorities.
• Lead the Labs P&L, forecasts, utilisation and margin as part of business planning.
• Negotiate scope and trade-offs with senior client stakeholders and protect margin.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and grow long-term partnerships.
• Lead and grow the Product team and align with Engineering, Consulting, Commercial and Marketing.
