To achieve this, we need to make sure that our technology isn’t just in the hands of big brands - we need to try to help small businesses and creative individuals too.

We’re looking for an elite Head of Product who will collaborate directly with our CEO, CTO, and COO to shape a compelling short, medium, and long-term product vision and roadmap. You'll lead multiple product pods—each with a Product Manager, Designer, and Engineers—to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions that align with our company values and industry-leading AI and SaaS best practices.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years experience in senior product leadership roles within high-growth SaaS, enterprise B2B, or AI-focused companies
• Proven success creating disciplined and high-performing product organizations inclusive of team development, processes, target setting and execution to drive commercial business outcomes
• Background in advertising and marketing to enable deep understanding of the marketer, creative, media manager user personas of Pencil and their current and future AI-related workflows and requirements
• Deep exposure and curiosity around emerging GenAI capabilities and UX paradigms
• Willingness to lead and participate in product marketing such as content creation, press interviews, livestreams etc.
• Deep empathy for the role of customer feedback and product data and means of acquiring both at scale
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, and COO to define and articulate Pencil's short, medium, and long-term product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Continuously hire, mentor, and develop a world-class product management team, fostering a culture of conviction to result in fast, high quality product execution.
• Own and manage all external product communications, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver feature launches that reach our prospects and customers and drive obvious commercial impact.
• Manage internal relationships with our sales, marketing, creative, training and support leaders to ensure that all teams have what they need to grow a business around our product.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple product pods, ensuring consistent, high-quality feature delivery that aligns with company values and best-in-class AI and SaaS practices.
• Drive the implementation of industry-leading AI/SaaS best practices throughout our product development lifecycle.
• Find ways of ensuring our product strategy remains consistent, thoughtful and appropriate across both our SMB and enterprise products.
