Head of Product – Financial Services

Location: Swindon (Hybrid)

Salary: £95,000 – £115,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits + Company Bonus

Are you a strategic Product Leader with deep experience in a compliance led environments?

We're partnering with a leading financial services company to find a Head of Product to lead a high-performing product team, with a strong focus on compliance, audit readiness, and operational resilience. This is a hybrid role, requiring a presence in their Swindon office on a hybrid basis.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for compliance and regulatory platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
• Act as a key stakeholder for regulatory bodies and auditors, representing product decisions with confidence and clarity.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of Product Managers, driving collaboration across tech, legal, risk, and commercial functions.
• Oversee third-party SaaS providers and cloud platform management, ensuring scalable, secure integrations that meet regulatory requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to balance compliance obligations with innovative customer-centric product development.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Head of Product or Senior Product Leadership role within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong domain knowledge in compliance, risk, and audit processes - ideally having interfaced directly with regulators and auditors.
• Excellent people management experience - able to coach, scale, and structure high-performing product teams.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), SaaS ecosystems, and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular collaboration in a Central London office.
