My Product Path are recruiting a Global Head of Product for a leading Life Safety electronics company. This is a high-impact role, overseeing a £100M+ global product portfolio, growing at 15% YoY.

For purely Digital Head of Products: We are looking for industrial technology experience with a technical electronics background, not a pure digital/SaaS product leader.

The Role:

You'll drive end-to-end product success, from strategy to execution, ensuring products deliver commercial, technical, and operational impact. Leading a global team of Product Managers, you'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to scale and refine the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals.
• Own product performance, making data-driven decisions on pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management.
• Shape go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Compensation & Job Logistics:

• Location: Maidenhead, UK (Hybrid) | Up to 25% travel. We are happy for UK remote candidates who will come to Maidenhead weekly.
• Base salary £90-100k + 15% bonus.
