This role would suit an ambitious Product Manager with experience of working in a heavily regulated domain looking to step into their first a Head of Product position. Responsibilities include owning the roadmap and managing a small team of Product Managers, collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to bring value to users and organisations.

Mandatory

Motivated to create and deploy enterprise level software for use in complex health and care environments used by a wide range of Users.

5+ years experience in Product Management including leading teams and involvement in developing strategy.

You understand that embedding digital workflows in large organisations via enterprise level technology requires a different skillset to designing solutions for consumer markets.

Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and able to work and communicate with a diverse range of people and skill sets.

User-focused and comfortable with the complexity of multi-stakeholder environments.

Skilled in market/user research and interpreting data to make informed decisions.

Can navigate delivering both strategically and being more hands on with delivery

Thrive at pace in fast moving environments.

Believe technology can improve patient outcomes and you are willing to overcome barriers to achieve that.

Understanding of Software Development, User Experience Design (UX) and Project Management Software (e.g. Jira).

Nice To Have

• Worked in health tech, gov tech, or similarly regulated domains, ideally with experience in the NHS or mental health services
