As the Head of Product, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the software offerings. This role provides an opportunity to drive industry-changing innovation through data-driven decision-making and cutting-edge technology.

What you will do:

• Product Strategy: Define and lead the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
• UX Design: Oversee the design and user experience, ensuring high standards.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
• Agile Methodologies: Implement agile practices to enhance product development and delivery.

Skills & Tech:

• Product Management Tools: Proficient in tools like JIRA, Trello.
• UX/UI Design Principles: Knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Figma.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban.
• Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market analysis.
• Design Thinking: Strong understanding of design thinking principles.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of technology, especially in data and AI sectors.

The Person:

• Proven Track Record: Experience launching successful cloud-based products and services.
• Startup Experience: Familiarity with early-stage tech startups' product design, development, and iteration.
• Technical Background: Strong technical skills, preferably in deep tech startups.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to collaborate across teams.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach.
• Agile and SDLC: Deep understanding of data products, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
