Job Description

  • Develop and execute a robust procurement strategy aligned with the company's business objectives in the automotive industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key local and international suppliers to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to secure favourable terms, minimize costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Optimise procurement costs through process improvements, volume consolidation, and supplier performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to align procurement with inventory management and production schedules.
  • Monitor supplier performance through regular evaluations and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage procurement budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial targets.
  • Lead and develop the procurement team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Leverage digital procurement tools and ERP systems to enhance process efficiency and improve decision-making.
