As our Head of Procurement - Property & FM you will ensure the delivery of goods and services at the best value for Travelodge at all times. With a focus on assurance & sustainability of supply, fit for purpose quality and service at the optimum total cost for our customers (both internal and external).

You'll build strong customer partnerships, create a more capable, simpler, flexible and more agile commercial sourcing process and learn and earn more with our colleagues and suppliers. Working closely with our Head of Supplier Relationship Management you'll optimise supplier performance and leverage innovation in order to drive ongoing operational and supply chain excellence and sustainable value creation.

In addition, you will develop category strategies, plans and pipelines, agree success measures and tracking, take the commercial lead to ensure the necessary contractual arrangements and KPI's and SLA's are constructed, negotiated and agreed with all relevant parties and maximise the use of all Procurement tools and repositories to ensure document retention, knowledge management, lessons learnt and betterment.

Who will this appeal to?

You will be an experienced Head of Procurement with a proven track record in property and FM procurement preferably a member of CIPS and degree or equivalent education.

You will be an agile, strategic thinker, be articulate, clear and concise in communicating with colleagues and suppliers, demonstrating strong leadership and problem solving skills.
