Role Overview:

Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is representing a globally renowned health and fitness brand in their search for a Head of Procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services, negotiating contracts, managing supplier quality and service levels, optimizing supply chain management, and ensuring procurement activities align with company goals and budgets.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and service.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company needs and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and supplier offerings for cost-effective purchasing.
• Forecast future procurement needs based on business and market conditions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with suppliers.
• Manage contracts ensuring compliance with policies and legal regulations.
• Ensure contracts are signed, executed, and adhered to.
• Manage procurement budgets and monitor financial targets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.

About You:

• Experience with supply chain risk management, ESG frameworks, and sustainable sourcing.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, market analysis, and inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
