Job summary

Dentsu in London is seeking a Head of Procurement – Enterprise Technology to lead global category strategies and supplier relationships. This permanent, hybrid role reports to the Global Procurement Director and requires strategic thinking, senior stakeholder engagement, and strong contracting know-how.

You will build procurement programs, manage a team, and drive value through risk mitigation and innovative supplier partnerships while aligning with dentsu’s growth agenda.

Qualifications

  • Evidenced senior Procurement experience.
  • Strategic category management experience.
  • End to end knowledge with demonstrated delivery against the strategic sourcing process.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with technology procurement.
  • Works well with others – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of contractual law.

  • Create, develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with goals, focusing on value realization and risk mitigation.

We’re hiring a Head of Procurement – Enterprise Technology as part of our team based from our London office.

Purpose of the Role

This role is a strategic position within Global Functions and is responsible for the core business areas of Enterprise Technology. The role reports directly into the Global Procurement Director.

This role forms part of the overall Global Procurement leadership team and will be focused on defining and implementing category and sourcing strategies on a global level and driving overall dentsu procurement priorities.

This role will build effective relationships with business stakeholders and our third-party suppliers, identifying and driving value creation opportunities, to deliver more efficient procurement for dentsu through leveraging procurement best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the creation, development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with the organisation’s goals, focusing on benefit realisation and risk mitigation.

This is a Permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week.
