Job summary

Dentsu is hiring a Procurement Manager to join the London-based team and drive cost-saving opportunities across technology spend. The role requires global collaboration and the ability to negotiate complex software, cloud and AI contracts.

The position is permanent and based from our London office with flexible working arrangements; the team currently offices twice a week. You will engage with Global, Regional, and C-Level stakeholders to enable value-driven procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology spend categories.
• Negotiating software, cloud and AI contracts.
• Experience negotiating global or multi-country contracts.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of selected spend across software, cloud, MSPs and related categories.
• Develop global frameworks with favorable terms for global or multi-entity contracts.
• Run RFx and competitive sourcing; implement global rate cards with Legal, Data Privacy and Security teams as needed.
• Expected line management responsibility for a Procurement Specialist.
• Balance multiple initiatives and communicate with stakeholders on engagements.
• Collaborate with Global, Regional & C-Level executives to deliver value-add procurement solutions.
