ISS Supply Chain & Procurement is undergoing a major transformation, shifting from a traditionally savings-driven, inward-facing function to one that delivers true strategic value across the entire outsourcing contract lifecycle—spanning bid, transition, and operational phases.
Central to this transformation is the Business Partnering function, which acts as the key enabler of this change and is led by the Head of Procurement Business Partnering.

The position offers outstanding visibility across the business, with a chance to influence how ISS operates at both a strategic and operational level.
It's a role that demands a balance of vision, leadership, and execution, managing the pressures and complexities of three distinct teams while ensuring the business is set up to win and successfully deliver in competitive bid environments and time-sensitive mobilisations.
As a vital part of ISS's future, this role is instrumental in building the next generation of procurement business partners and embedding them into the heart of the business through the TOP (The One Procurement) model.
