We're Hiring: Head of Procurement | Marine & Offshore Focus

Are you a senior procurement leader with deep experience in the marine, offshore, or vessel fleet sector—from shipbuilding and design to repairs, conversions, or mobilisations?

We’re looking for a strategic Head of Procurement to lead a global transformation — centralising procurement, reclaiming contract ownership, and embedding robust governance and commercial excellence across our Group.

Location: Greater London - Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Scope: Global

Reporting to: CFO

Package: Executive package with bonus + benefits

What you’ll do:

• Lead and evolve a high-performing global procurement function
• Centralise contracts and supply chain strategy across a multi-site organisation
• Drive transformation while supporting operational continuity across marine and offshore projects
• Own strategic sourcing, global supplier management, risk mitigation, and cost optimisation

What we’re looking for:

• MCIPS qualified with strong international procurement leadership
• Proven experience in marine or offshore projects (fleet, shipyards, subsea, defence, etc.)
• Hands-on transformation experience — centralising, upskilling, and embedding performance
• Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiation, and driving value across supply chains
