Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

We’re hiring on behalf of an outstanding client to recruit a Head of Procurement for their team based in Birmingham. This is a strategic, leadership-level role ideal for someone with strong experience in procurement within the FMCG sector.

What you’ll do as Head of Procurement:

• Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage vendor relationships
• Monitor market trends and mitigate supply chain risks
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal standards
• Champion sustainability, innovation, and ethical sourcing
• Manage and develop a high-performing procurement team
