Job description

A financial services business partnered with Oliver James is looking for a senior Procurement Specialist to join the team on an interim basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working within regulated, global businesses, leading procurement strategy and vendor management.

The project will be to undertake an E2E review of processes, policies, and governance for third-party vendor management for UK and international locations, and provide direction and advice to the business on changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead procurement team.
  2. Work closely with international stakeholders.
  3. Cradle to grave review for vendor management.
  4. Global policy, controls, and governance review on third parties.
  5. Improvements and refinement advisory work to the business.
Desired Qualifications:
  1. Experience in financial services and other regulated environments desired.
  2. Experience working with large, multi-national organisations highly desired.

Please note, this is a hybrid role based out of a London office. This will be on a day rate basis for a period of 6-12 months, and is likely, but unconfirmed to fall Outside of IR35.
