Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement operations across European manufacturing sites and corporate offices, aligning with strategic goals.

• Secure supplier agreements in accordance with internal governance, collaborating with compliance, treasury, and legal teams.

• Identify and mitigate sourcing risks through multi-supplier qualification and contingency planning.

• Build long-term supplier relationships and support global procurement efforts to maximize performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, and Commercial) to enhance cost-effectiveness and streamline sourcing processes.

• Monitor and report procurement KPIs, providing performance updates and savings reports.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within procurement, embedding process excellence and driving supplier accountability.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement or supply chain, including team leadership.

• Proven success in both direct and indirect procurement categories.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and knowledge of P2P lifecycle.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of global sourcing, supplier risk management, and compliance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.

Bonus Skills (Desirable):

• Experience with SAP P2P / SAP Ariba, especially in international contexts.

• CIPS qualification or working toward accreditation.

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI for procurement analytics.
