Job Description:

We are seeking a Head of Process (Engineering, Production, and NPD) based in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in process engineering, engineering, and operational excellence within the food manufacturing sector.

Our client is a leading food business with a global presence, known for excellent products and a broad customer base.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process engineering, production, and operational excellence, preferably within food manufacturing. Key responsibilities include fostering collaboration among operations, engineering, production, and NPD teams, leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, and process enhancement. The focus is on optimizing and standardizing processes to improve factory operations efficiently.

Reporting directly to the Group Operations Director, the role requires a seasoned professional with exposure to corporate or large PLC environments and experience working at the group level. The position involves a minimum of 50% travel across sites in Europe.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving Operational and Engineering Excellence strategies across multiple sites, with strong process engineering skills and a flair for innovation. Excellent communication skills are essential to work effectively with key stakeholders, different sites, and departments.
