This Head of Process is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in process engineering, engineering, and operational excellence, within food manufacturing.

Our client is a leading food business with a global presence, who have excellent products and brilliant customers.

We are seeking a professional with a robust background in process engineering and engineering or production and operational excellence, ideally within the realm of food manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include fostering collaboration among operations, engineering, production, and NPD teams, Continuous Improvement initiatives and process enhancement. The focus lies on optimising and standardising processes to enhance factory operations efficiently.

Reporting directly to Group Operations Director, the role mandates a seasoned professional who has exposure to corporate or large PLCs and has worked at group level before. The position necessitates a minimum of 50% travel to all sites across Europe.

The ideal individual should bring a wealth of experience in driving Operational and Engineering Excellence strategies across various sites.

The successful professional will possess strong process engineering acumen, coupled with a flair for innovation, ensuring a keen eye for enhancing operational efficiencies. An effective communicator able to work with key stakeholders, different sites, and departments.
