Job description

An opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to be the Head of Department of a new office opening of a well-established firm. The right candidate will need connections, as to some degree, they will be growing this department from a standing start. Work will be referred from the firms' other office and departments but they need to be a good business developer. The benefit, of course is that you can look to gain equity in the firm or negotiate a very lucrative bonus for work that you bring in.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor 5+ PQE.
  • Specialist in Private Client law with experience in Wills, Trusts and Probate.
  • Excellent client care from building client relationships to maintaining a client base.
  • Ability to handle a varied caseload and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Team development from training to supporting junior professionals.
  • Enforcing processes and procedures in the department.
