Are you ready to build something of your own within a friendly, supportive firm? We’re looking for a Head of Private Client to join a long-standing firm based just south of Barnsley. This is a rare opportunity to lead a department, modernise working practices, and be genuinely rewarded for your success.

You’ll take on a caseload of wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration work, supported by a small, tight-knit team that values trust, flexibility, and looking after each other. They’ve got a great foundation in place — now they need someone hungry and tech-savvy to drive things forward.

Who we’re looking for

• Experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (non-qualified candidates with strong experience also considered)
• Strong experience across wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration
• Comfortable running a caseload independently
• Someone with the vision and drive to modernise the department
• Down-to-earth, approachable, and happy working in a close-knit team
• Ambitious and proactive — keen to make a real impact
