Miryco Consultants is working with a top general insurer that is looking to hire a Head of Pricing Models for a 6-month FTC maternity cover.

The role involves leading a highly skilled pricing & analytics team focused on delivering all pricing models.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for claims, market, and optimisation input models.
• Develop an ongoing programme of model refreshes, allocating resources in line with our strategy.
• Ensure models are refreshed timely and comply with all Governance and Group standards.
• Promote innovation and new techniques to enhance pricing models, working closely with Data Science and ML teams.
• Assess the impact of pricing actions on customers and act accordingly.
• Responsible for the timely and fair evaluation and onboarding of new external data sources.
• Collaborate effectively across AXA Retail to support our strategy.

Experience:

• Leadership experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, RADAR preferred.

Location: London, Hybrid Working

Salary: Up to £140,000 (pro-rata)
