A leading insurance group seeks a Head of PCW Brands to drive growth through their suite of brands. The role requires a strong digital mindset, strategic thinking, and expertise in the travel insurance market, along with the ability to manage relationships and optimize performance across multiple distribution channels.
Salary:up to £90,000 DOE

Role overview:
As the Head of PCW Brands, you will be responsible for leading our suite of internal brands (Avanti Go, InsureFor and Big Blue, plus Travel Insurance Medical and InsureMe4 from the implementation of PTM 2.0 in Summer 2025) during a period of high growth in this crucial channel.
You will be commercially relentless but good to be around, with broad skills and a strong knowledge of the Travel Insurance market in general and of how to be commercially successful in PCW distribution in particular. Your knowledge and experience means that you can positively challenge, but you are also open to new ideas and challenge coming the other way, from both external sources and intra-Tribe and internal stakeholders. You are a strategic thinker that is also across the numbers and the detail, especially our Trading performance and profitability.
You will have a digital mindset and be credible to SMEs in the tribe, when it comes to pursuing improvements in conversion. In addition to ensuring that the Tribe delivers the roadmap and commercial performance, you will support the team in making the right calls across Product, Marketing and Digital, working with the Tribe Leadership and wider C-Suite to steer the PCW brands from a longer-term delivery and strategy perspective.
You will effectively manage 3rd party distribution channels with deep understanding of the commercial levers and balancing commercial toughness with pragmatic and engaged relationship management
