Job summary

BCT Resourcing is seeking a Head of Business for the Elite Prestige Division in Chelmsford to lead a high-performing dealership team handling bespoke vehicle commissioning and top-tier client experiences.

The role focuses on profitability, brand stewardship, and operational excellence across sales, aftersales, parts, and administration with a hands-on leadership style. Excellent track record in luxury automotive retail is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a General Manager/HOB in prestige automotive retail.
• Deep experience with high-value transactions and discerning clientele.
• Strong financial acumen with a history of growing net profit and managing full site P&L.
• Visible, hands-on leadership that bridges sales and aftersales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach sales and support teams to bespoke vehicle commissioning and personalised client interactions.
• Maintain accountability for site P&L, focusing on gross profit per unit, accessory commissioning, and customer retention.
• Cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and drive repeat purchases and referrals.
• Oversee showroom, elite workshop technicians, parts supply, and administrative compliance.
• Represent the brand at exclusive VIP preview events and private viewings to secure forward-order sales.
• Ensure full compliance with elite manufacturer audit requirements, corporate identity guidelines, and high CSI benchmarks.
