Queenswood School in Hertfordshire is seeking an inspiring, dynamic, and strategic educational leader to take on the role of Head of Prep and build a brand-new prep school from the ground up.

Working with the Principal and Governors, you will lead the educational, pastoral, compliance and operational launch and management of Queenswood Prep, while serving as a key member of the whole-school Leadership Team, with responsibility for safeguarding and EYFS compliance.
