The Job: As Head of Practice / Rural Partner, you will lead and manage a well-established rural surveying practice in East Yorkshire. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, driving business growth, maintaining high-quality land management services, developing the practice, and implementing strategies to enhance reputation and success. You will maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Managing and supporting a high-performing team, providing leadership, and shaping the future direction of the practice are key aspects of this role. This position is ideal for an experienced rural surveyor with strong leadership skills seeking a senior role within a respected firm.
