What's the role

As an expert in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), you will build and lead a cost-effective delivery team for our clients. You’ll lead the continuous development of the CRO team by growing skills and knowledge internally. You’ll champion the adoption of technology to support highly efficient processes that deliver consistently brilliant work for our clients.

What you do
  • You’ll deliver the CRO practice profitability through efficient processes, automation and technology adoption.
  • You will lead the team and effectively resource the CRO practice, setting work priorities and delivery.
  • Act as senior point of escalation for clients in CRO working collaboratively with the Client Success team to ensure work in delivered to standard and on time.
  • You will lead the career development, retention and engagement of the CRO team.
  • You’ll develop and deliver training, building learning and knowledge certifications across the practice and Brainlabs

Who you are
  • Strong CRO delivery knowledge and c8 years of experience
  • Highly commercial with demonstrable experience in managing a successful, efficient and profitable delivery team
  • Demonstrable success in optimising CRO delivery through automation, processes and technology
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients
  • A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator
  • Passionate about leading teams and growing the careers and knowledge of those around you
  • Experience of building, collating and delivering training and certification/accreditions
