Job summary

Field Energy is seeking a Senior Quantitative Analysis Manager to lead the Quantitative Analysis function, building pricing, valuation and risk models across GB, Spain, Italy and Germany. You will line-manage the existing Quant Manager, set the modelling framework, and drive advanced pricing for trading and origination of fixed revenue products, underpinning Field's Green Trading arm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quantitative analysis experience in power or gas markets.
• Deep expertise in power market structure across GB and continental European markets.
• Experience building pricing, valuation, or trading models.
• Strong Python programming for model development and automation.
• Experience mentoring junior quantitative professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture of power market pricing and valuation models across GB, Spain, Italy and Germany.
• Lead systematic spread-option valuation frameworks and volatility analysis.
• Develop models for valuation of structured power products for pricing and origination.
• Oversee back-testing, stress-testing and automation for trading strategies.
• Lead team development and procurement/implementation of ETRM/analytics systems.
• Champion model governance and documentation standards.
