This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to take on a key role leading the Postgraduate Admissions team within the University’s Admissions Service.

Working closely with the Director of Admissions, colleagues in academic departments and the wider Professional Services Group, the post holder will be responsible for the delivery of an effective, efficient, and customer-focused admissions service that meets challenging performance targets and complies with the increasingly complex external regulatory environment.

About You

This is a full time, permanent post suitable for an effective leader with significant experience in higher education administration including a strong understanding of university admissions at the postgraduate level.

About The Department

The University’s Admissions Service is responsible for developing and delivering the University’s admissions and intake strategies, and in collaboration with colleagues in Recruitment, Marketing and Widening Participation delivering related services across the pre-applicant/applicant journey, from initial familiarisation with higher education through application to enrolment.

The Service is responsible for providing an efficient and responsive admissions service to applicants for programmes of study at all levels, and to internal departments.

The Admissions services comprises two sub-teams, for Undergraduate and Postgraduate admissions.
