Entain Group in the UK is seeking a Head of Portfolio Strategy & Planning to lead portfolio strategy across UK&I, governing products, channels, brands and customer segments, translating insights into priorities and investment plans.

Reporting to the Strategy & Insights Director, you will own market sizing, forecasting and strategic outlooks, partnering with Marketing, Finance and other functions to guide resource allocation and decision-making.

• Proven portfolio strategy experience within direct-to-consumer businesses.
• Strong commercial experience evaluating opportunities, trade-offs and returns.
• Track record of prioritising initiatives and allocating resources across competing demands.
• Experience creating governance and planning processes that support investment and prioritisation decisions.

Job Description

The UK&I Strategy & Insights team helps shape strategic direction across the UK&I business, bringing together customer, market, brand and commercial insight to inform where the business should invest, grow and focus its resources. Working closely with Marketing, Finance and other customer-facing functions, the team provides the evidence and strategic thinking behind key portfolio and investment decisions.

As Head of Portfolio Strategy & Planning, you will lead portfolio strategy across UK&I and help the business make sharper choices about where to invest, grow and focus resources. You will combine customer, market, brand and commercial data to evaluate opportunities and translate insight into clear portfolio priorities and investment recommendations.

Reporting to the Strategy & Insights Director, you will be part of the UK&I Strategy & Insights team, partnering across Marketing, Finance and other customer-facing functions. You will own market sizing, forecasting and strategic market outlooks, while bringing leaders together around priorities across products, channels, brands and customer segments to ensure resources are focused on the opportunities with the greatest potential.

You Will:
