A leading health organization in Wales seeks a Head of PMO & Digital Engagement to lead digital transformation efforts. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the establishment and operation of the Digital Portfolio Management Office (DPMO) at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB). This role is pivotal in supporting strategic digital transformation across the Health Board. As the Head of PMO & Digital Engagement, you will be an influential member of the Digital Transformation Senior Management Team, championing the use of digital solutions across the organization.
Provide leadership, governance, and assurance across a portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with national, regional, and local priorities.
Develop and embed best practices in programme and project management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Act as a key liaison between Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) and ABUHB clinical and operational divisions.
Lead the digital service request process from receipt to transition to programmes or service delivery.
Ensure delivery in accordance with developed change and programme management frameworks and principles.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
