Job Description
Head of Portfolio Management Office responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to the Portfolio Management Office.
Ensure effective delivery of project portfolios and change initiatives.
Monitor and manage risks and issues associated with the portfolio.
Deliver regular reports on portfolio status to the executive team.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in portfolio management practices.
Ensure alignment of project portfolios with business strategy.
