Role Responsibilities

• Lead the Policy and Public Affairs team to deliver Stonewall's vision, using your specialist experience to achieve results.
• Design and deliver Stonewall's policy and advocacy work to advance our objectives with policymakers, stakeholders, and in parliament.
• Build and maintain key political and stakeholder relationships aligned with our policy priorities.
• Ensure that Stonewall's Policy team develops effective, outcome-focused policy positions.
• Manage performance, behavior, and standards of yourself and your team.

You will be part of a team of passionate, driven individuals working together to deliver meaningful progress for LGBTQ+ people.

We are seeking candidates with significant experience working in high-profile policy environments, partnering with think tanks and policymakers to effect change.
