As the Head of PMO, you’ll play a pivotal role within this forward thinking, digital first organisation. Reporting to the Director of Technology, you’ll lead the Project Management team, be part of the Technology Leadership Team, and contribute to the wider Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an inspirational strategy for the PMO team, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Create clear plans for core elements of the Project team, including project/portfolio planning, tracking, reporting, and execution.
• Be accountable for the full project management lifecycle, ensuring high-quality output before client sign-off.
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Management Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
• Drive understanding of client needs and maintain engagement throughout projects.
• Collaborate with other Technology leaders.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in managing complex projects and programs.
• Excellent leadership skills, supporting and challenging the Project Management team.
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with QA, Engineering, and the PBL Corporate PMO.
• Passion for driving efficient project management strategies.
