Role Overview

This is a strategic leadership position reporting directly to the CTO, leading a team of 12 platform engineers responsible for infrastructure development, implementation, and maintenance. The team is evolving from multiple smaller groups into a unified unit, emphasizing teamwork and accountability.

You will define the vision, goals, and roadmap for the team, focusing on leveraging AWS technologies, streamlining application development, and improving IT infrastructure efficiency and agility.

Your Responsibilities

• Merging multiple AWS accounts into a single account
• Completing the final data centre migration onto AWS
• Defining and implementing standards across DevOps capabilities

In return, the company offers a salary of up to £120k, plus benefits including bonus, pension, and remote working flexibility across the UK.
