Head of Platforms - Lead Developer (C#, .net)

Hybrid – Home-based with 1 to 2 days per week in our Stratford–Banbury office - salary approximately £65k

We’re building the UK’s leading platform for car leasing brokers.

Already powering over 60 broker sites, we’re seeking a senior technical leader to drive the growth of our platform and shape the future of broker technology.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership and develop our custom in-house platform architecture (Azure, .NET, Umbraco, Blazor, Vue)
• Lead development with daily coding and deployment operations (primarily a development role initially)
• Collaborate with founders to set the roadmap, priorities, and engineering strategy
• Standardise industry data/APIs and lead integrations with providers like Lex Autolease
• Mentor incoming engineers, establish best practices, and elevate technical standards
• Progress into CTO-level responsibilities as the business expands
