Job Description:

Lincoln Cornhill is proud to be working with a Housing Association based in the South East, seeking a Head of Planned Investment on a three-month interim basis. The role is full-time with hybrid working (2-3 days remote).

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the organisation's asset investment plans and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement the asset management and sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of investment plans across multiple regions, including standard investment, building safety remediation, zero-carbon retrofit, refurbishment, and regeneration projects.
• Managing a team comprising two Investment Programme Managers (Planned/Capital and Regeneration & Retrofit), a Project Manager (Planned and Capital), and a Senior Project Coordinator.
• Forecasting against a five-year investment programme budget and maintaining a detailed 18-month rolling programme aligned with asset management and sustainability goals.
• Collaborating with senior leaders such as the Director of Property Services, Head of Strategic Asset Management, Head of Building Safety, and Head of Repairs Partnering and Customer Care to set strategic objectives.
• Monitoring financial performance to ensure cost efficiency within delegated budgets.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in a strategic property or real estate environment, with a relevant degree or professional qualification.
• Experience working with partnership arrangements and open book contracts to deliver complex projects with high customer satisfaction.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
