Caistor Grammar School is seeking an inspirational Head of Physics to lead a high-performing science department and to shape teaching and learning across key stages. You will lead a team of qualified physics teachers, develop the curriculum, monitor standards, and ensure effective use of resources to support excellent student progress.

You will also work with the Headteacher to set strategic direction for the subject and its impact on the wider school.

• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Ability to plan and lead strategic development of the Physics department.

• Excellent self-management and time prioritisation.
• Ability to plan the strategic development of the Physics and to advise the Headteacher accordingly.
• Financial acumen to manage the Physics budget in consultation with the Finance Manager and the Headteacher.
