About this role:

As our Head of Performance Marketing - Southern Europe & Australia/New Zealand, you’ll play a vital role in the Performance Marketing team. Leading a multidisciplinary team of Performance Marketing Leaders, you’ll be responsible for delivering strategies to grow Performance Marketing orders and new customer acquisitions across all channels within your segment.

As part of the Performance Marketing Leadership Team, you’ll collaborate with your peers and the Senior Director to co-create the global vision for performance marketing. You’ll also work to develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders across both central and regional marketing teams to deliver exceptional results.

These are some of the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Coach the team to achieve improvements in performance through a test and learn agenda
  • Own and manage the budget for all Paid Performance Marketing channels and markets in the segment
  • Align overall marketing strategy with Segment Marketing Leadership
  • Optimize campaign performance regularly by applying best practices and a clear test and learn agenda
  • Understand local business and marketing strategies to translate into performance marketing strategies
  • Work with platform partners to achieve maximum results for the segment
  • Provide direction on growth and efficiency objectives for the segment regularly
  • Represent JET during relevant industry meetings and provide thought leadership in performance marketing and industry delivery

  • Deep understanding and experience in all aspects of Performance Marketing including Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, App marketing, Programmatic Display
  • Extensive experience managing a team of at least 10-15 members
  • Experience working in international environments and matrix structures
  • Ability to build strong relationships across a business
  • Experience prioritizing competing projects
  • Commercial mindset with a sense of urgency and eagerness to outperform expectations
  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and perseverance—going from insight to strategy to execution
  • Experience in large-scale consumer ecommerce business
