About your role
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for transforming how Fidelity generates prospect demand from Search, Programmatic, Affiliates, Social, and other paid media channels. You will establish an integrated strategy, plan, and own the management and deployment with Media/Mar-Tech partners.
Collaborating closely with broader Marketing Teams, you will ensure your team’s plans integrate seamlessly into campaign periods and ATL advertising. You will craft prospect-centric onsite journeys and optimization strategies to convert site traffic into application starts for our Personal Investing products and services.
