A leading technology firm is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to scale paid acquisition programs. This role requires 5+ years of experience in direct-response marketing and a strong understanding of paid search. You will manage global campaigns, ensuring revenue growth aligned with ROAS targets. The Performance Marketing team is a central driver of Miro’s growth strategy. It owns paid acquisition across channels such as Paid Search, Meta, YouTube, and emerging performance platforms, with a focus on delivering measurable revenue growth within strict ROI and payback goals. This function combines deep channel expertise, data-driven decision making, and a culture of rapid testing to scale Miro’s reach and impact.
The team is made up of performance marketers who specialize in audience targeting, creative optimization, bidding strategies, and channel expansion, and partners closely with creative, analytics, web, and product marketing to ensure campaigns work seamlessly across the funnel. Together, they deliver high-performing acquisition programs that support both product-led and enterprise growth motions.
We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing with deep direct-response acquisition expertise to scale Miro’s paid acquisition programs. You will own performance in core channels (Paid Search, Meta, YouTube), driving measurable revenue growth within ROAS and payback constraints. Paid search experience is highly preferred due to its rigor and measurability, but proven direct-response success in other performance channels will also be considered.
