An amazing opportunity has arisen for a startup digital marketing agency based in Lancaster. This role will be a leading position in the agency and oversee a team as well as a varied portfolio of prestigious clients. The role will be the first employee in the business and be a combination of salary and options.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a fast-growing business, help grow a local and talented team, and position the agency as one of the best PPC and TikTok agencies in the UK. The business is led by a successful digital business owner and will have significant investment to establish itself as a major player in the UK. The office is based in Lancaster, with a digital board comprising influential UK digital leaders and a Non-Exec known for growing top agencies.

The role involves working closely with the CEO to acquire new clients and expand the business annually based on set targets. You will collaborate with the owner to implement ideas, leverage the CEO's extensive digital and ecommerce network, and be involved in hands-on campaign work as well as strategic planning. You will identify local talent, develop team members, and aim to make the company an employer of choice in the area, known for quality work and talent development.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in performance marketing, including PPC and SEO, at a high level, with leadership and mentoring skills. Strong hands-on campaign experience combined with strategic thinking is essential.
