Head of Pensions Programme Management
Are you an experienced pensions professional with a passion for leading complex, high-impact programmes?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep pensions knowledge and programme management expertise who’s ready to take on a strategic leadership role. It would suit someone who has led large-scale pension de-risking projects or managed multi-stakeholder pension schemes and is excited to shape the future of Aviva’s staff pension schemes.
A bit about the job:
This is a pivotal role within Aviva’s Trustee Executive Services team, responsible for overseeing a multi-year programme of pensions projects, including buy-in transactions, GMP equalisation, and the eventual wind-up of the staff pension schemes.
